•Teachable’s Role as a Controller of Your Personal Information. Teachable is the controller of personal information that it collects and processes in connection with the use of our marketing site and the provision of Teachable Services. This includes personal information that you provide to us when you create an account on the Platform, subscribe to a Teachable plan, enroll in a course, purchase Coaching through our Platform, etc. Please refer to the “Personal Information We Collect” section of this Privacy Policy for more information about personal information that Teachable collects as a controller. Teachable’s Role as a Processor of Personal Information Collected by Creators. Creators are the owners of content that they upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Platform (“Creator Content”) and are the controller with respect to any personal information included in their Creator Content. Teachable acts as a processor when it processes Creator Content on behalf of the Creator.

•When a Student enrolls in Creator Content, Teachable will provide the Creator access to a limited set of personal information about the Student (“Student Data”) to enable the Creator to provide their services to the Student. Teachable and Creators may each use Student Data for their own business purposes, at all times subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement <https://teachable.com/dpa> and our Terms of Use. The Creator and Teachable each act as an independent controller with respect to their particular use of Student Data.

•Creators acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information for which they are controllers.

•If you are a Student whose personal information has been collected by a Creator, please contact the Creator directly and view the Creator’s privacy policy if you have questions about how the Creator uses your personal information.

Personal Information Collect

Teachable collects personal information about you in several different ways, depending on how you interact with our Platform. Please note that the types of personal information we collect differs depending on how you’re using our Platform, for example, as a Creator or a Student.

Age restriction 

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this package of classes, lectures, meditations and more. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Crystal Moon Clarity LLC assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation. 

Intellectual property 

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Crystal Moon Clarity LLC., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Crystal Moon Clarity LLC’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. You grant Crystal Moon Clarity LLC. a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement. 

If any intellectual property is publicly made available or pirated, Crystal Moon Clarity LLC will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. 

Applicable law 

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of New Jersey , without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Crystal Moon Clarity LLC. and you, or its business partners and associates. 

Disputes 

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court New Jersey and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify Crystal Moon Clarity LLC. and its affiliates and hold Crystal Moon Clarity LLC. harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel. Limitation on liability Crystal Moon Clarity LLC. is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website. Crystal Moon Clarity LLC. reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. This Agreement is an understanding between Crystal Moon Clarity LLC. and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Styx and Bones the Underworld's University by Crystal Moon Clarity

By registering for Styx and Bones the Underworld's University by Crystal Moon Clarity a live classroom and ritual center on Teachable you agree to the following terms:

1) Styx and Bones the Underworld's University is an unbiased teaching of mythology and factually correct historic information that has been vetted through legitimate resources and historic articles that will be provided at the end of each class. 

2) We are not responsible for teaching deity work, paganism, rituals and spell work that you partake in after this and any spiritual actions or evoking on your own terms with said deity. 

3) We are not responsible for any changes in your belief system and since this is an unbiased class we will not be teaching anything that has to do with religion or challenging religious beliefs - this is strictly informational based on resources and historic information. 

4) Any harassment, plagiarism and bashing of any member + teacher of the Styx and Bones the Underworld's University classroom will not be tolerated. You will be blocked, banned and blacklisted for the entirety of Styx and Bones the Underworld's University. Any subsequent purchases will be refunded. 

5) What you do after Styx and Bones the Underworld's University is completely up to the attendee or practitioner - Styx and Bones the Underworld's University teachers Tenninger and Chelsea are not responsible for the actions you take after this class.

6) Styx and Bones the Underworld's University is for 18 year of age or older - we take no responsibility for minors who join our courses

7) Any unconsented video recording of our courses for individual distribution is not tolerated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent through legal action.
